Reporting a Bug
When reporting a bug, please include as much detail as possible, such as:
- The device you are using, such as iPhone, iPad, or Android
- Your app version, if known
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if available
- Whether the issue happened during login, league setup, roster management, live scorekeeping, or stats viewing
The more detail you provide, the faster we can investigate.
Account Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your BGSD Skeep account by contacting us at info@lunatechdesign.com. Please include the email address associated with your account.
When your account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal account information where reasonably possible, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, operational, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
Because BGSD Skeep may include shared league, team, game, scorekeeping, and statistical records, some historical game, team, league, or statistics data may remain if it is associated with other users, teams, leagues, or organizations.
