What Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal account information where reasonably possible, including:
- Your account profile
- Your name
- Your email address
- Authentication-related user record, where applicable
Data That May Be Retained
Because BGSD Skeep is a scorekeeping app used by leagues, teams, managers, and scorekeepers, some game-related records may be retained for legitimate recordkeeping purposes, including:
- League records
- Team records
- Game scores
- Box scores
- Player statistics
- Historical scorekeeping records
These records may be associated with other users, teams, leagues, or organizations and may need to remain available for league history, dispute resolution, statistics, or operational continuity.
How Long Deletion Takes
We will review and process account deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request. In most cases, requests are processed within 30 days.
