Information may be stored on secure cloud servers operated by our service providers.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate consent. If you believe a child's personal information has been entered without proper authorization, please contact us so we can review and remove it if appropriate.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal account information where reasonably possible, unless retention is required for legal, security, operational, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.

Because scorekeeping data may involve multiple users, teams, leagues, or organizations, some game records, team records, scores, statistics, or historical league data may remain in the system after an individual account is deleted.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet-based or cloud-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

11. Third-Party Sign-In

BGSD Skeep may allow users to sign in using third-party authentication providers, such as Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.

Your use of those services is also governed by the privacy policies and terms of those providers. We do not receive your password from Google or Apple when you use third-party sign-in.

12. App Store Privacy Information

Apple requires developers to provide information about app privacy practices, including the data types collected and whether data is linked to the user or used for tracking. The privacy information shown on the App Store is a summary and does not replace this Privacy Policy.

13. International Users

If you use BGSD Skeep outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
